I love this business! I had some issues with my washer at my rental home, and needed help since I live out of state. Springbrook appliance was fantastic about getting a new washer and dryer into the home for my tenant in a timely manner. They are professional, friendly, well priced, responsive and timely. Jameson is a high-quality and honest repairman! I wish there were more people like him out there. Here's our story: 1) Our three-year old dishwasher stopped working a few days ago and after initial troubleshooting on my part, I determined the issue needed an expert. I found Springbrook Appliance through Angie's List. He was able to do an initial service call 4 days after my inquiry (a pretty good turn-around in the COVID era). I was given three of four different options for a time-window... and I chose the most convenient for my schedule. The initial trouble-shooting lasted about 10 minutes because he had a fairly good idea of what the issue was (a faulty circuit board). He thought he had the part in stock in his truck but alas, it was for a different GE model than mine. Anyway, he quickly found the part through a Northern VA supplier and gave us a cost estimate. He was back the next day with the part and another 25 minutes later, the repair was complete for a rather reasonable cost. 2) The steam sensor on our GE microwave stopped working about 4 months ago. Since he was here to look a the dishwasher, I also had Jameson look at our microwave. He had not heard of this fault before, but after some research on his part he determined the best course of action was to replace the sensor. He found the part and gave me a price quote. His suggestion was that it would probably be more cost-effective to just replace the entire microwave. We decided the auto-cook option was really just a luxury and something we only used for popcorn, so we decided to forgo the repair and will just wait until the microwave kicks the bucket. He was very understanding and didn't pressure us whatsoever. 3) He offers lots of payment options (check, cash, Venmo, Apple Pay). I have not needed any other appliance repairs, but I'm very happy that once I finally did, I came across Springbook. I will happily use him again when the time comes. I have called many repair companies in 20 years in NOVA and never found one I like as much as I like Jameson Willoughby. Jameson of Springbrook Appliance is phenomenal! I called him 5pm to help us repair our refrigerator which was pushing sheets of ice out of the bottom of the freezer. Less than 24 hours later he was at our door. He diligently thawed out the freezer pulling chunk after chunk of ice to find the blocked drain. I highly recommended Jameson he knows appliances!
